سياسة الخصوصية لتطبيق صلّح لي
عزيزي المستخدم،
نرحب بك في تطبيق صلّح لي، ونؤكد لك أن خصوصيتك وحماية بياناتك الشخصية تحظى بأقصى درجات الأهمية لدينا.
تهدف هذه السياسة إلى توضيح كيفية جمع بياناتك الشخصية واستخدامها وتخزينها ومشاركتها وحمايتها عند استخدامك لتطبيق صلّح لي أو موقعه الإلكتروني، وذلك بما يتوافق مع الأنظمة واللوائح المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية، وعلى وجه الخصوص نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية.
أولًا: البيانات التي نقوم بجمعها
1. البيانات الشخصية
قد نقوم بجمع البيانات التالية عند استخدامك للتطبيق أو تسجيلك فيه:

البيانات المتعلقة بعمليات الدفع، والتي تتم معالجتها من خلال مزودي خدمات دفع خارجيين معتمدين، دون احتفاظ التطبيق ببيانات بطاقات الدفع.
2. بيانات الاستخدام
نقوم بجمع بيانات تتعلق باستخدامك للتطبيق، وتشمل على سبيل المثال لا الحصر:

نشاطك داخل التطبيق.

سجل الطلبات والحجوزات.

معلومات الجهاز ونظام التشغيل.
-
عنوان بروتوكول الإنترنت (IP).

سجلات الأعطال والأخطاء التقنية.

بيانات التحليل والإحصاءات لتحسين الأداء.
3. بيانات الموقع الجغرافي
قد يتم جمع بيانات الموقع الجغرافي فقط في حال قيامك بتفعيل خاصية تحديد الموقع (GPS)، وذلك لغرض ربطك بمزودي الخدمات القريبين منك، ولا يتم تتبع موقعك دون موافقتك الصريحة.
ثانيًا: كيفية استخدام البيانات
نستخدم بياناتك الشخصية للأغراض التالية:

إنشاء وإدارة حسابك داخل التطبيق.

معالجة طلبات الخدمات وتنفيذ عمليات الدفع.

ربطك بمزودي الخدمات المناسبين.

نلتزم بتطبيق معايير أمن معلومات مناسبة ومتوافقة مع أفضل الممارسات لحماية بياناتك من الوصول غير المصرح به أو الفقدان أو التعديل أو الإفصاح غير المشروع.

يتم تخزين بياناتك الشخصية بشكل آمن، ولا يتم الوصول إليها إلا من قبل أشخاص مخولين ولأغراض تشغيلية مشروعة.
خامسًا: ملفات تعريف الارتباط (Cookies) والتتبع
قد يستخدم تطبيق صلّح لي ملفات تعريف الارتباط وأدوات التحليل وتقنيات التتبع لتحسين تجربة المستخدم وتحليل الأداء، دون المساس بخصوصيتك أو تحديد هويتك بشكل مباشر.
سادسًا: مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
نحتفظ ببياناتك الشخصية طالما كان حسابك نشطًا أو حسب ما تقتضيه الأنظمة واللوائح، وذلك لأغراض:

ويخضع استخدام هذه الخدمات لسياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بها، ولا تتحمل الشركة مسؤولية ممارسات الخصوصية الخاصة بهذه الجهات.
عاشرًا: خصوصية الأطفال
تطبيق صلّح لي غير مخصص للأشخاص دون سن 18 عامًا، ولا نقوم عن علم بجمع بيانات شخصية تخص القُصّر.
الحادي عشر: تحديثات سياسة الخصوصية
نحتفظ بحق تعديل أو تحديث هذه السياسة في أي وقت.
ويُعد استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التحديث موافقة صريحة على السياسة المعدلة.
