At Salehly, we aim to provide reliable and high-quality home services. However, we understand that situations can change. This policy explains when cancellations are allowed and how refunds are handled.


1. Cancellation Before Provider Accepts the Booking

You may cancel your booking at no charge before the service provider accepts it.

How to cancel:

  • Open the Salehly App

  • Go to Booking Details

  • Select Cancel Booking

If the service was an advance booking and you cancel before acceptance, you will receive a full refund.


2. Provider Unavailability

If a provider declines your booking or becomes unavailable due to unforeseen reasons, you may:

✔ Reschedule the appointment
✔ Cancel and receive a full refund
(No cancellation fee applies for advance bookings.)


3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds for approved cancellations will be credited to your in-app wallet, only for services made through advance bookings.


4. Not Eligible for a Full Refund

A full refund will not be provided if:

  • You cancel after the provider has accepted the booking.

  • The provider has completed the service as described.

  • Minor delays or inconveniences occur during the service.

  • You request additional work after the provider arrives (extra charges may apply).
